Saturday, April 7th | 1:00-6:00pm | Centered City Yoga
“Ebb and Flow” utilizes techniques from the Kundalini Yoga tradition as well as from Craniosacral and various other somatic movement approaches. Beginners are welcome!
As the Tao Te Ching teaches, the only constant in life is change. This is both a blessing and a challenge, for the mind has a natural capacity to attach to the status quo, trying to form a permanent identity from ephemeral experiences. This is the source of our suffering as human beings.
Our greatest challenge is to reconcile our minds to change, to learn how to flow with creativity and openness through all the seasons and cycles of our lives. This workshop offers ideas and tools for encountering and navigating these cycles– physical, psychological, environmental, and relational-and teaches mostly through experiential (i.e., mind/body) approaches and techniques.
