  • Power Hour – Building upon the foundations of alignment and poses, we’ll explore deeper by adding slower, breath controlled flow to the power sequences, learning to feel and move with intention. There is as much power in knowing when to be gentle as there is in knowing when to push. Feel empowered by listening to your body through a rejuvenating practice.
