What is your yoga style?
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
Who have you studied with and who do you consider to be your teachers?
I have practiced yoga in some form since 1985. I began studying Kundalini Yoga in 1991 and began teaching it in 1995. I became a Level I Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor in 2006 and am currently working on my Level II Certification. I am a member of KRI’s Aquarian Academy. My teachers include Yogi Bhajan, Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, Pritpal Kaur and Pritpal Singh Khalsa, and Nirvair Singh Khalsa.

What do you seek to teach your students?
Yoga is fundamentally about developing a relationship to the Self.

My physical body is the perfect expression of my Soul.

A paradox is a tool for stilling the mind.

I lived in Israel for a year during college and studied at Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
