“Reaching Me in Me” A Kundalini Yoga Series for the New Year with Guruprasad Singh

Wednesdays, January 17th-March 14th 2018

9 Wednesday sessions:
January 17, 2018-March 14, 2018, 11:00 am-1:00 pm
Centered City Yoga

Come join us for a series to begin the coming year with courage, confidence, compassion, and understanding.

The coming year is crucial to our development as human beings. Numerologically, 2018 is an “11” year. “11” is the number of universal consciousness, a way of relating to the Self and to the world which ultimately heals all polarities and inner conflicts. The “11th Embodiment” is now needed to respond creatively and constructively to all of the changes—social, political, and spiritual—that are coming to a full boil around us. This course will focus on how to harmonize and work with the energies of 2018. Through meditations and kriyas we unfold the consciousness that resides within each of us–and which is the fundamental basis of our health and happiness. Simultaneously we access the compassion and understanding that bring about planetary healing.

  • Learn the Aquarian technology of Kundalini Yoga.
  • Explore the “11’th” Embodiment, the ultimate expression of consciousness as a human.
  • Bring your mind, body, and soul into creative harmony.
  • Cultivate the Neutral Mind, learn to access the state of shuniya (“zero”).
  • Learn to recognize the fundamental polarity of our times—and address this polarity within yourself.
