Local runner, yoga instructor, cyclist, and friend, Rachel Cieslewicz, will be collaborating with the Bicycle Collective for a refreshing morning of cycling and yoga.
Bike Ride starting @ the St. George Bicycle Collective 9 AM
We’ll roll out from the Bicycle Collective at 9AM sharp and do a short loop to get our heart rates up before our yoga session. Up Diagonal Street, 18, Red Hills Parkway, down Skyline drive, to Rachel’s studio Yoga Soul. The loop takes us up and down a 600 ft (see elevation profile). Please be self sufficient with water, flat kit, and helmet.
Yoga for Cyclists @ Yoga Soul 10:15 AM – 11:15 AM.
Please bring a yoga mat, if you can. Rachel only has a few for us to borrow. Mats can be dropped off at the studio before the ride or picked up at the Collective right after the ride. Yoga Soul and the Bicycle Collective are located less than a block apart.
